The Dubai Station Service Package is intended for New Zealand companies and individuals who require a basic point of presence to be able to develop business leads in the Middle East and Africa region.
As part of the Beachheads programme, New Zealand Trade Enterprise (NZTE) has created a highly functional serviced office environment at Dubai Internet City. This office serves as an efficient point of presence for marketing and technical support.
Facilities and services available include:
- Assigned work-station space in a dedicated open space area. All work areas are fitted with carpet.
- Overhead document storage area for each station.
- One locker with key.
- DDI phone with unlimited toll calls within UAE (international calls are charged).
- Wireless hi-speed internet connection (2mb shared speed) with secured access and Firewall. A computer equipped with Wi-Fi technology is required to use the WLAN facility.
- Access to the services of Beachhead programme coordinator based at the New Zealand Technology Oasis Beachhead office. Services include administration, logistic, and liaison support that is provided free of charge to service recipients.
- Unlimited access to state-of-the-art conference room equipped with hi-tech presentation equipment (free of charge). The conference room must be booked in advance.
- Access to other office services, including colour photocopier, kitchen, and storage (free of charge).
How to book the service
Service recipients are able to book the Dubai Station Service for specific denominations of one week, one month, or one year. Information about fees is available upon request. Fees are are payable in advance.
The Dubai Station Package is available for a minimum period of one week.
A trade licence issued by Dubai Internet City (DIC) is required for the one year service package.
Participants will be responsible for individual expenses such as trade licence
